Install instructions
For Windows:
- Click Download and choose the CommanderInChief_Windows.zip file.
- Once downloaded, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All….
- Open the extracted folder and double-click CommanderInChief.exe to launch the game.
- If you see a Windows SmartScreen warning, click “More info” → “Run anyway” (this is normal for new indie games).
For Mac:
- Click Download and choose the CommanderInChief_Mac.zip file.
- Once downloaded, unzip the file.
- Right-click (or Control-click) the CommanderInChief.app and select Open.
- Click Open again when the security warning appears — this is required because the app is unsigned.
- The game will now launch. Future launches won’t show this warning again.
